El Classico 2010 & Appreciation Party
Today (Sunday 8/29) we held our annual El Classico and Appreciation Party. Our young players won both El Classico games against the parents. The party was a lot of fun, games and overall a good time. We want to thank everyone for coming and we hope to see you all next year for a rematch.

Practices the week of 7/26-7/30- IMPORTANT!
Due to the attendance of majority of boys over the age of 10 at our summer camp, practice for teams U10 and up are cancelled for the week of July 26-30. We will return to regularly scheduled practice on August 1st
U6, U8 and U9 will have regular practice this week (July 26-30).

Polish Handball players support PNA Soccer Academy
Three Polish National Handball Team players visited Ferajna Restaurant (6714 W Belmont Ave, Chicago) after their match against the German National Team at the UIC Pavilion on Saturday 7/17. Artur Siodmiak, Marcin Lijewski and Damian Wleklak are silver and bronze medalists of the Internation Handball Federation World Championships. Artur Siodmiak (called King Artur) is famous for his winning goal against the Norwegian team in the 2009 World Championships in Croatia (read more)

Wednesdays 5:45pm- U10, U11
Wednesdays 7:15pm- U13, U14 and U15 & U18 players not participating in high school soccer
Thursdays 5:45pm- U6, U8, U9
Thursdays 7:15pm- U10, U11
Fridays 5:45pm- U13, U14, and U15 & U18 players not participating in high school soccer
All practices will be held at PNA Field (6100 N. Cicero, Chicago)

Congratulations to Coach Mirek Babiarz!
Congratulations to Coach Mirek Babiarz for winning the World Cup 2010 trivia. Coach Mirek was the only one to get 2 out of 3 answers correct. That was enough to win the grand prize- official World Cup 2010 soccer ball. Congratulations!
